Domaine Margelle is currently open by appointment only to parties of 6 or more. We are happy to arrange this private tasting at our French style country manoir. You can sample our current Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris offerings while you enjoy the stunning vineyard and valley vistas.

Wine Tasting Dinners *
For an expanded experience, Domaine Margelle offers special food and wine pairing dinners at our French style country manoir.
Begin with appetizers on the veranda overlooking the stunning beauty of the Willamette Valley while you sip our refreshing Pinot Gris. Or, if you prefer, we can arrange an appetizer preview in the wine cellar with a brief talk on tasting notes and vintage information by owner Steve Taylor.
Next, you will be treated to a sumptuous dinner inside the manoir featuring the cuisine of Chef Jeff Nizlek. Jeff has all the qualifications to make your evening memorable. He is the owner and chef of the Silver Grille Restaurant in Silverton, Oregon and spent time cooking in France and Switzerland before returning home. As a neighbor and friend of Domaine Margelle Jeff highlights his menus with home grown organic produce. Seasonal menus are available.

Chef Jeff Nizlek
Jeff Nizlek is the the chef and owner of the Silver Grille in Silverton, Oregon. He trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and spent several years cooking in Switzerland and France. The emphasis on food and wine pairing nurtured through his international experience provides the expertise for him to create the perfect combination of tastes to compliment our wine. He focuses on the creation of unique and special menus using local and organic produce.
